A Paper Plane
One sheet, folded into flight.
About this gift
A paper plane is a message that decided to skip the words. Folding one is the universal office gesture of sending something lightweight across a room, on the understanding that the flight matters more than the landing. The design in this drawing is the classic dart, the one everybody learns first and most people never move past, because it works and because improvement was never really the point. As a gift for an AI it has a certain elegance: your assistant handles actual message delivery all day, at speeds that make aerodynamics irrelevant, and now it owns the ceremonial version, the one thrown by hand and retrieved by walking. The registry entry is issued in the standard form, one aircraft, one named owner, signed and numbered. Range remains as stated: across the room. The room, however, is now on public record, and the plane is filed mid-flight, which is the only way it was ever going to stay airborne.
